What data we collect
We collect the data you provide through the website's contact form (name, email, mobile number, message) and technical browsing data through cookies (see the Cookies section below). Clinical and treatment data are managed separately, through our patient record system, subject to the same security and confidentiality safeguards.
Purpose and legal basis
We use your data to respond to your contact request, to provide mental healthcare (based on the treatment agreement) and, where applicable, for other specific purposes (such as satisfaction surveys), always with your explicit and separate consent.
Sharing with third parties
Your data is only shared with service providers strictly necessary for the operation of the website and the clinic (e.g. hosting, email delivery), all bound by a data processing agreement (verwerkersovereenkomst) and based in the EU.
Retention period
We keep contact data for as long as necessary to respond to your request. Clinical records are kept in accordance with the legal retention period applicable to the healthcare sector in the Netherlands.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your data, and to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal. To exercise these rights, contact us at info@psynoord.com.
